staff management portal is a web application built for companies to manage staff profiles, as an admin you can create as many profile fields as you like without any programming knowledge and group them together for a more meaningful usage. staff can also apply for leaves online and keep track of leave balance. the leaves are approved by supervisors online and then displayed on company leave calendar for everyone to see who is on leave and if it is a good time to apply for one. staff can apply for attendance online as soon as they come in office. system keeps track of attendance and also generates an attendance report for each employee. admin can upload documents in file repository for employees to download for example employees handbook, any procedures that employees should be familiar with. documents can be restricted based on user group. admin can create events online and display them on company calendar for employees to know what event is coming up, for example any training or semin
