a soft skills, leadership and coaching company specialising in keeping it real. we are a national group who place much focus on finding the solutions for the daily and localised challenges of the south african working landscape. staff training was founded in 2001 by debbie engelbrecht and has since grown to include over 50 courses, offered both in-house (at your venue) or open hosted (at ours). we strive to help organisations find real solutions to real challenges and our trainers are experienced, capable and experts in their field. staff training believe in the route of facilitation and coaching and our unique way of bringing the learners to their "aha" moments are often commented on - a feat we are particularly proud of !
