i am on a mission to change women's lives for the better and that starts with strength, knowledge and confidence. as young women, we have all at some point been a victim of a very toxic diet culture. that stops here. through one on one coaching, my clients get to live their best lives of which includes all their favorite foods and none of their least favorite exercises. together we work to debunk fitness and nutrition myths, develop a consistent fitness program tailored to physical ability and preferences, learn to create balance between indulgent and nutrient-dense foods, and practices to create life-long sustainable habits that are in-line with their goals. life is too short to to remain a victim of toxic diet culture.
