in a bid to watch less television and do more exercise, my wife and i embarked on a project to develop a free fitness app which could used by anyone. one year later and we've released on the app store with an android version coming soon. the app itself is designed to make it as easy as possible to start exercising. two taps and you're already into your first workout, a random selection of exercises designed to get the most out of your body with video guidance to improve your form. for those who know exactly what they want to target, you can create your own custom workout using exercises from our library or even upload your own videos. connect your fitbit to get steps and calories data alongside your tracked workouts in our calendar section. and feel free to plan ahead - set notifications for the future to alert you to get exercising. for those who like to workout in groups, or those who don't have the best sight, why not use the chromecast feature to cast the videos to your televisi
