Stak

stak (student-based technologies advancing knowledge) has a mission to celebrate students’ imaginative and pragmatic thinking, and encourage originality in education. we want to help open doors, propel students towards a brighter future, and reward their positive contributions via the stak award. the stak award is presented to one eligible student for their technologically-based educational idea. each student will be required to upload a video responding to the stak award question: “how can specific technology be used to enhance a classroom or educational experience?” technology is shaping the future of education and traditional methods are bound to evolve in the next decade. we believe opportunities are presented for those who are willing to be change agents, and it is our responsibility to nurture creativity and celebrate diversity in the process. the stak award is a small step towards a brighter future and bigger conversation, and one we hope the community at large will support.
