our mission is to give 10 million experienced and high potential leaders access to top-shelf coaching experiences, including leaders who have historically struggled to access these coaches due to budget, leadership level, etc. we believe everyone should have access to top-shelf development opportunities and experiences, regardless of whether they work in a fortune 500 company or a family owned business, and regardless of gender, minority status, etc. we do this in two ways: 1) providing the resources and tools needed to scale marshall goldsmith stakeholder centered coaching, and 2) providing experienced coaches with the tools and resources needed to provide high quality, consistent coaching experiences to their clients. stakeholder centered development® is founded and operated by emily chipman. in 2018, frank wagner and chris coffey invited emily to be the 6th individual in the world permitted to certify other coaches in the stakeholder centered coaching® individual coaching certi
