our story: on november 4th 2014, nathan was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. over a campfire, nathan began sharing the news with those closes to him, along with an invitation for them to join him on climbing the mountain we call cancer. during chemotherapy infusions it was his childhood memories of growing up in the pacific northwest, taking road-trips, camping and exploring the great outdoors that inspired him to someday get back outside cancer free. on june 16th 2015, nathan and his team had reached the summit and was given the news he had officially beat cancer. shortly after nathan made a pledge to support kids who are still in the hospital fighting for survival. nathan's sister, a nurse practitioner serving at a renowned children's hospital shared in the vision in using adventure for good to empower and encourage kids fighting for survival. with a background in product design and family steeped in serving others nathan launched the brand & community stalyon. a new opportunity
