stamp has a simple mission: to create a global platform for all artists dedicated & passionate about their craft. since it's inception on july 2010, jason nickens, saw a void in true artistic expression. magazines and publications alike, mainly featured well-known artists with high-profiled client lists. art galleries were cliques that only featured artists who fit into the social mold. the digital scene was pushing away the old methods of traditional fine arts. by being an artist and knowing others who have experienced these situations, jason wanted to create change (no obama pun intended). therefore the birth of stamp. stamp doesn't judge ones creativity and art. so we welcome all to submit work. we don't charge anyone to be featured. it's free to be featured on the stamp blog. if your work and story are good enough, we may feature you in a future issue of the magazine. no hurdles or hoops. just showing your interest and dedication to your passion is all we need.
