stand asa envisions a world free from victim shaming in which survivors can raise their voices and unite. a world where there is no stigma attached to sexual assault. we are a charity run by survivors for survivors. s.t.a.n.d. against sexual assault aims to change attitudes and minds in support of a safer, fairer, and more just society. our three overarching goals are: 1. preventing sexual assault through education and community awareness. 2. providing peer support to survivors of sexual assault. 3. promoting physical, mental and emotional well-being through holistic healing practices. we advocate for change by raising awareness within our local and virtual communities to end victim shaming and the stigma around sexual violence. we hold space for survivors of sexual violence and offer peer support for survivors to connect with each other in a safe and anonymous environment. there is healing in telling. there is healing in being believed. there is healing in knowing you are not
