we are a team of experienced people with substantial knowledge of housing and commercial development extending back for over 30 years. some of the team are also recognised for their knowledge asnd expertise in the delivery of affordable housing solutions to rsl's for over 25 years. we are involved in several new projects including mixed developments after a quiet time during the recession, and are currently acquiring sites and securing agreements with financially viable proposals with exit partners. we welcome new business to be established on a similar basis, and also welcome jv's and further introductions. we will also engage on a development consultancy basis where preferred. we operate across the south and south east and london and home counties and will consider further where viable.
