a lot of ukrainians are currently dependent on external help and while willingness to help is large, the coordination of both sides via facebook/whatsapp/telegram is not efficient. with www.standforua.org we are building a platform that directly connects ukrainian refugees, self-organized volunteers and bigger volunteering organizations in need (e.g. for housing, transportation, food, clothes, money, etc.), with caring people who are able and willing to provide that help. specifically, the www.standforua.org web platform will provide an efficient way to - connects ukrainian refugees with caring people who are living close to their current location, so that they can receive immediate help - connects self-organized volunteers and bigger volunteering organizations with caring people outside of ukraine, to efficiently collect goods and coordinate logistics to either distribute them locally or move things to the ukrainian border or ukraine directly - connects self-organized volunteers in u
