standing crane tai chi, qigong and meditation programs are offered in a safe, non-competitive environment where persons of all ages, physical abilities and walks of life can come together to share in practices which can ultimately help them to improve their health and increase their sense of well-being. all participants are encouraged to stay within their own personal comfort zones during classes and should, as always, check with their physician to determine whether they are healthy enough to participate.
