Stanford Cvi Postdoctoral Conference

this is the official page of the 2nd stanford’s cardiovascular institute (cvi) postdoctoral conference, to be held on november 29th 2017. last year's meeting was a great success with a half-day meeting, serving approximately 100 fellows and faculty, distinguished speakers and positive feed-back from the attendees. this year, we are planning to extend it to a full-day meeting, adding a poster session in addition to the oral abstracts, aim to increase interaction further within post-doctoral fellows and with the cvi faculty. stanford cvi postdocs represent clinical and basic research interests from over two dozen university and school of medicine departments and disciplines. the group’s broadly diverse interests and expertise in basic, translational, clinical research, and clinical care converge around cardiovascular biology, development, physiology, pathology, imaging, medical, surgical, and device interventions, health policy, and prevention.
