we specialize in home maintenance, repairs, painting, tape and bed, carpentry, construction, job management, kitchen and bath remodeling, design, consulting, historic planning, epa certified for lead safe renovation. stanley f. ray - owner/operator stanley ray opened the north dallas/richardson office of southern painting in 1998. before starting southern painting stanley worked and trained as a architectural carpentry apprentice alongside his father and older brothers operating james f. ray construction, one of the oldest custom home builders in dallas park cities. family owned and operated since 1952. stanley proudly served in the texas army national guard from 1987 to 2001. happily married to his gorgeous wife since 1990. they have 2 beautiful children. with over 25 years of architectural carpentry and job management experience stanley enjoys the opportunity to serve people and helping all his customers get the quality job that they can enjoy for years to come.
