star capital money lending limited ‘star capital’ is a christian financial institution (non-banking financial institution) which is proudly 100% ghanaian owned. it was incorporated in ghana in february 2011 as a company limited by liability under the companies code, 1963 (act 179) and licensed by the bank of ghana. the company started its operations from a garage with staff strength of three (3) and now by the grace of god the company has been able to make the following hurdles: 1. occupies its owed premises at east legon, american house 2. the company has an investment banking subsidiary called star asset financial services limited which is licensed by the securities and exchange commission (sec) and the national pensions regulatory authority (npra).
