starbase victory is an innovative stem (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) pathways program for science and technology academics. mission starbase victory provides exciting, innovative, and experiential learning that inspires students to pursue education and careers in stem (science technology engineering mathematics). starbase victory is a sustainable stem center of excellence that continually seeks to inspire more students, more effectively, through expanded public/private partnerships. starbase victory currently serves all 4th, 5th and 6th grade students in the portsmouth public school system. our students come aboard for a four day hands-on, with minds engaged for math and science learning experiences. we often hear, “this can’t be school. it’s too much fun!” every student wears a new t-shirt “uniform” and selects their own call-sign to use during their time at starbase, allowing each student to become “special”. what’s our secret? actually doing things with their ha
