starcycle is a unique indoor cycling experience utilizing music and choreography. each starcycle class is a 45 minute full-body energetic, inspirational and balanced cardio ride. starcycle was created in 2013 by erin moone and dionne del carlo – two women passionate about helping families find the balance between health, wellness and happiness. both women were working as barre professionals and decided that they wanted to combine their fitness knowledge, marketing expertise, and love for fashion to create a fun, energetic and full-body cardio workout.
