starlight leadership global (slg) is a transformative nine-month leadership development program. elizabeth soltis and jennifer pretious koh co-founded slg to offer leaders a holistic, empowering learning opportunity to collaborate and innovate on genderating change in organizations, communities and for the environment. the program includes a 12 day sacred site retreat from july 12-23 2016 at the global white lion protection trust in south africa. this is a beautiful place to rejuvenate and reflect in nature while building personal leadership capacity. future programs will be offered to men and women but this first service is tailored to women change-makers - people who want to take their leadership capacity to another level of effectiveness regardless of role. note that starlight starts this june with an orientation webinar and ends in february 2017. the nine month program features monthly coaching calls and an online platform for participants to access practical leadership tools, temp
