hi i’m hayley a fully qualified and insured level 3 personal trainer/fitness instructor. having had my 2 daughters at a relatively young age and having to do whatever job fitted around their childcare arrangements for nearly a decade i decided when my youngest started school i would finally take the plunge and do something i actually want to do and care passionately about and study to become a pt. having battled with various confidence issues both physically and mentally since having the girls i wanted to be able to help other people overcome their insecurities and be comfortable in their own skin. i want to show people that reaching your health and fitness goals doesn’t have to involve gruelling exercise for 10hours a day and eating next to nothing. exercise can be fun, enjoyable and get you the results you want, all while not having to restrict yourself to an unsustainable diet plan, you just need to know how!
