starr consulting specializes in providing education consulting services to schools and districts and advocacy services to students and families, in all areas of education. our ceo & founder, donna m. trujillo, has a wide breadth of knowledge in all school policies, laws, and regulations. her area of expertise includes special education, section 504, gifted and talented education, english language learners, literacy, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, etc. donna began her career as a classroom and special education teacher and has served students from birth-21. her experience includes working with districts across the state of colorado as a director of special education, gifted and talented, and personalized learning. she has served as a district, public, private, and charter school administrator. prior to establishing starr consulting, donna served as a director of personalized learning and special education director of record for douglas county school district in colorado. if
