Start Architecture
start architecture inc. is the merger of two well established firms: hfks architects and onpa architects. change is good and this one is very deliberate. having successfully collaborated on various significant projects over the past two decades, both firms will continue services as one entity. combined, we offer the same high standard of services, proudly carrying on the tradition that started in edmonton 60 years ago for onpa and 45 years ago for hfks. this is a win-win combination that draws from those deep roots. more importantly, we do it to benefit our present and future clients and collaborators, while broadening mutually beneficial business acumen to create new opportunities with architecture for all. with start, we encompass the building sciences, technology and art – a combination that reflects a multidisciplinary nature of our endeavours as architects, interior designers and prime consultants leading our project teams. from the edmonton and calgary studios, we move forward
