 therefore, we partner up with growing startups to share the burden of fundraising, by providing a resource-efficient, risk-aligned and proven service, and leave them to do what they do best: build and grow start-up. our approach includes firstly getting our clients to reach investment-readiness, secondly supporting them on all the steps of the fundraising process (from finding the right investors, funding negotiations to closing the deal) and thirdly, providing saas-like support to their cfo to tackle fundraising-related issues. 

for instance, in 2016, we helped microdimensions reach 200+ investors in europe and the us, and successfully closed a €2m series a funding (microdimensions was founded as a spin-off of the technical university of munich in 2011 as a provider of integrated and efficient software solutions and services for digital pathology applications).
