we work with (co-) founders, one-to-one or in leadership groups, teams and whole organisations to help develop awareness of cultural aspects around communication, trust, conflict management, power distribution, biases etc. we help work towards a more resilient and flexible mindset that will enable people to respond to the multi-faceted challenges of leading and working in a growing business. we can help with training leaders and their teams in the skills they need, have the conversations that are necessary and build better relationships at work, in order to create a healtier, more meaningful and successful workplace. we offer open-door workshops, individual and team coaching, leadership coaching, and bespoke workshops for teams and whole companies. we work with an approach based on systemic thinking and gestalt theory, towards a more holistically inclusive, trusting and transparent environment, which we believe enables people to actualise the full potential of their organisations.
