at startup trade up we bridge the gap between the classroom and the real-world by providing tools to build meaningful, sustainable relationships between the business community, educators, and students. these relationships, in turn, strengthen communities and improve career-readiness for students. we offer two routes through which these relationships can be harnessed: startup - supporting entrepreneurship as a viable post-secondary pathway via support of existing entrepreneurship programming. this support includes: • one-to-one connection between students and successful professionals through a unique, entrepreneurship-focused mentor program • implementation of a guest lecture series exposing students to entrepreneurship career pathways across industries • development of global power skills tradeup - better prepare students for the future workforce by strengthening engagement in work-based learning experiences for both students and business partners through our e-series programs. th
