State Fund for Development of İnformation Technologies

state fund for development of information technologies under the ministry of communications and high technologies of the republic of azerbaijan state fund for development of information technologies under the ministry of communications and high technologies is a public corporation which is created by the presidential order dated 15 march, 2012. the purpose of the fund is to assist in implementation of the state policy in the field of information and communications technologies of azerbaijan republic, to support entrepreneurship, to promote innovation and r & d projects and to develop a modern infrastructure, to render financial support to small and medium enterprises, to attract domestic and foreign investment.
