state government constituted a permanent state health agency (sha) to carry out all activities with regard to implementation of karunya arogya suraksha padhathi (kasp) in the state. as per order go.(ms)no.71/2020/h&fwd dated 24/04/2020 state health agency was constituted as a society under travancore – cochin literary scientific & charitable societies act 1955. the area of operation of the society shall be the whole of the state of kerala. to provide health care cover to the bpl and their families under the karunya arogya suraksha padhathi and also in alliance with ayushman bharat pradhan mantri jan arogya yojana to those families including all its members figuring in the socio -economic caste census (secc) database under the deprivation criteria specified or any additional categories as may be decided by govemment of india from time to time under ab-pmjay and will also include all members deemed eligible by the govemment of kerala on the parameters identified by them. to provide healt
