State of Ambition

social innovation from super being labs... state of ambition is a not-for-profit digital social enterprise that creates social mobility by supporting young people's ambitions. we do this by focusing on using technology to make young people resilient through building support networks around them and also using those supporters to help develop their soft-skills. to make this happen, we've created an online platform that connects ambitious and talented young people to employees in a brilliant new way through micro-feedback over a 21 day period. this will help support both young people out of work and at the same time, strengthen the prospects of junior employees (apprentices, interns and first year graduates). how does it work? determined young people put together an online pitch based on their career ambitions. they are then put in touch with role models (employees in ambitious companies). over a period of 21 days, these young people tackle quick soft-skills tasks each day and the role m
