the mission of the state of black ct alliance is to engage black and other communities in a dialogue that leads to action steps that will produce immediate and sustained improvement in education, social and economic conditions within connecticut's black communities. the vision of the state of black ct alliance is to support communities by demonstrating and facilitating leadership thus igniting the process towards building an integrated system of supports and services to achieve better outcomes for black communities. the goal of the state of black ct alliance is to unite agencies, organizations and community partners to speak with a shared voice to support, strengthen and meet the needs of all children, families and communities.
