state of pennsylvania young constituents ("payc") is the youth arm of pennsylvania's future, compromised of progressive people ages 18 - 35. we are committed to uniting young constituents from across pennsylvania to empower the millennial vote. through community involvement and participation in political campaigns, our mission is to improve the state in which we live. payc participates in the entire spectrum of pennsylvania politics, attempting to shape the state through a number of means including educating students, campus activism, campaigning, rating politicians and advocating policies regardless of political affiliation behind them, but for their meaning and potential result.
