state street somatics is a massage and bodywork business committed to working with clients experiencing chronic tension, pain or stress. by utilizing the mind body connection, we can get back into our bodies as a form of holistic healing. we can address emotional holding patterns and lack of safety in the body that keep us stuck in cycles of negative emotions from the past. we can concentrate on nervous system overwhelm caused by chronic stress or trauma keeping us from getting deep rest or experiencing peacefulness. or we can work on pain from dysfunctional movement patterns, repeated use or previous injury. i am flexible and diverse in my knowledge, experience and approach to meet you where you are and your needs or goals as they change session to session.
