• maintaining h&r database to be an effective prospects / forecasting tool. • following-up prospects in sales database & obtain from external account managers, sl’s & service technicians • handling phone enquires. • maintaining sales material (samples, brochures, etc) • conducting site / customer visits. • preparing h&r reports / life cycle reports • completing site survey • gaining approval for non pre-engineered solutions • submitting tenders to customers • completing reviews and negotiate any deviations with the customer on h&r items in report • assisting account managers site technical issues • working with plm repairs to improve the h&r process & report • developing a sla life cycle process with plm • drive and promoting safe behaviour in accordance with the contractor oh&s management system and responsibilities. • conducting thermal imaging analysis for lifts, lift motor rooms and shafts • conducting 3d bearing analysis for lifts, lift motor rooms and shafts •
