small trenchless consulting company that is looking to recruit the right talent and breed the next generation of trenchless hands to carry on with the rapid advancement we see today. my company's long term goal is to be geared towards training young new workers and give them the tools they need to step in the field and perform to there greatest ability l. i hope to one day give the new hands a head start on how important safety quality and environment is for the future lifespan of our industry and save them from some of the poor company culture they may be exposed to and to also help the ones with the outstanding culture obtain these quality hands. another long term goal is to provide the new workers with the experience they need in regards to trenchless construction and help them work safer and smarter and possibly get guys feeling pumped and understanding that knowledge ,experience and respect are just as good as $$$
