staxy is a student exclusive ridesharing app on a mission to reduce the carbon footprint of students. the staxy app allows students with cars to post journeys they are already making and easily receive petrol money for that ride from their friends or other students. - drivers cover their costs of the journeys they make - cheaper for passengers than other forms of transport - both parties reduce their co2 footprint -only current university students are able to access the app staxy has already launched at both the university of bath and the university of exeter and currently has over 2500 users on the app.
