stay focused is a social enterprise dedicated to breaking down the practical barriers to employability that stand in the way of talented young people. we do this by developing their aspirations as early as possible and translates these into decisions about specific career pathways. stay focused works primarily with young people aged 13 to 24 from disadvantaged backgrounds or those at risk of underachieving. we work in partnership with parents, schools, local authorities and businesses. the stay focused programmes create a professional, personal and academic development course for young people. the aim is to better equip them for excellence in their future careers. we do this through three main developmental areas:
