we are a tightly knit group of eight like-minded female fitness professionals dedicated to creating a virtual community where we can all inspire one another to lead healthy, happy and fit lives. combined we have more than 100 years of training experiences, primarily in the worlds most recognized fitness brand. our classes include barre, step, high intensity interval training (hiit), yoga, cycle, pilates, weights, both upper body & lower body toning classes, and more. when you join our virtual gym, for just $20/month, you can watch classes live or access the recordings to workout at your convenience. all in the comfort and safety of your own home. our weekly class schedule are posted every sunday.
