we provide online fitness sessions with a difference. our fitness sessions are live & interactive. they are not instructional videos and they are not previously recorded fitness classes. when you take part in one of our sessions, you see and hear the instructor live! they see you and talk to you directly. they know who you are and will encourage you during the session. at the time of the fitness session, all you do is click on the link that has been emailed to you and you login to our online studio. all you have to have is an internet enabled device with a webcam. our instructors can swap between different camera angles or use picture-in-picture to provide the best view of the exercise. just like other fitness classes, there are a number of students taking part but the great thing with stayingym is that you cannot see them and they cannot see you. so you are able to take part in a fitness session without any apprehension of what other people are thinking! if you want to try it out, boo
