established in 2017, stayplus specializes in short-term rental management of properties all around miami. our host santiago rodriguez draws from a vast skillset acquired through his fruitful career in real estate as an agent with renowned real estate company douglas elliman. having started with a single apartment, stayplus has grown to currently manage over 30 properties while continuing to provide tailored service to all of its clients and guests. stayplus’s goal is to deliver a truly memorable and positive experience to each of its’ guests. we create a connection with each and every guest and ensuring seamless check-ins and outs and treating listings as our own. our clients are given peace of mind when away from their properties, while our guests receive excellent service and authentic experience when staying in our listings that are perfectly located in the hottest neighborhoods of miami. to both our clients and guests we say, “thank you for trusting us!”
