my name is jessica alley and i am a nasm certified personal trainer and nasm certified nutrition coach, as well as owner of steadfast coaching llc. i have been in the fitness industry in a variety of ways since 2008 and have always loved the teaching and coaching aspect. i have a passion for encouraging others to do more, work hard, succeed, and be proud of their accomplishments. inspiring others to make healthy choices in fitness and nutrition, while maintaining balance and a great quality of life, is a lifelong focus of mine. as a mom of 4 children, military spouse, and entrepreneur, i fully recognize how challenging daily life can be when it comes to making time for exercise and smart nutrition choices. no one is perfect and perfection isn’t expected. however, we all can work towards improving those choices as we age, and i can help you in that effort. my personal training and nutrition coaching services are fully remote/virtual, which allows me the freedom to set my price point
