long-term rentals and airbnb co-hosts (network and page under construction, july 2017) we are building a network of stable rental homes with extra space, in places that travelers (business and pleasure) find convenient. our homes provide clean, safe and stable housing to long-term renters, as well as convenient and useful places for travelers. we are seeking two types of partners; a) people who travel often and would like to leverage their homes as an asset while gone . we will provide marketing, security and management of your listing, while you travel at your leisure. b) people who need to invest with stable, high yields and equity options. for these partners, this model relies on a niche that is at once stable and long-term, while highly profitable.
