Steamrator Steam Jet

steam-jet produces hot compressed air and low pressure steam for aggregate heating and process water heating in concrete mixing plants. the steam-jet generates just the amount of energy that the production requires in each step thus enabling remarkable savings. a large amount of low pressure air is provided from the scroll compressor. as the air passes through the heating aggregate, the temperature rises to the preset temperature. at the same time water is pumped the heating aggregate, utilizing the last energy in the flue gases. this steam is then added into the hot air. this method increases the effect remarkable. the steam-jet can be fired by natural gas, oil or propane. indirect heating of the air, means no flue gases in the hot air, and no fire risk. the whole system is fully automated. the system can be operated on t panel can be operated on the local display, or remotely in your control room.
