steelhouse construction system (scs) is a modern construction system for lightweight steel framing mainly focused on residential and professional housing solutions. in effect it is a system that uses hotdip zinc galvinized lightweight steel framing for the load-bearing system of the structure in conjunction with a complete system of exterior and interior drywall finishings and insulation. the basic structural elements of scs are : galvanized steel framing. oriented strand boards (osb). exterior insulation and finishing system (eifs). drywall systems. after the completion of scs all the finishing work (floor tiling, windows, doors e.c.t.) can be done without any special restrictions on the materials we like to use.
