Steen for Us

i have lived in the flyover states for my entire life and i know how hard we work to provide for our families. having watched my parents work their entire lives to support my brothers and i had given me the desire to give back to our community by offering to serve. we desperately need citizen legislatures to step and serve their communities for a limited time and return to work. i grew up on a farm working with my grandpa. my parents were in the housing industry and we didn’t have much time to slow down and relax. the costs to just survive in our business were so astronomical that we worked over half the year to break even. i remember as a ten year old entering accounts payables and memorizing our federal tax id number. the boys were intimately involved in helping with every aspect of our family business from bailing hay to hauling blocks for foundations. i believe that working hard to make a living gives you a different perspective on the relationship we should have with our governm
