i am a highly motivated business lawyer and certified compliance professional (ccep) with a strong international background. since more than 15 years i am advising dax-30 companies on turn-key, procurement, supply- and service projects, since 2007 also as corporate compliance officer. with my consultancy practice, i support you on the implementation of a professional contract management, drafting contracts and accompany your projects and business undertakings until the end of the warranty phase. i also carry out opportunity and risk analysis and support you in defending and enforcing contractual claims by means of a transparent claim strategy. in corporate compliance, i support you on the implementation of a state-of-the-art compliance management system as well as the development of a positive compliance culture with particular focus on integrity and competition compliance. my working languages are english and german.
