i know that what you want more than anything right now is to start truly enjoying and living your own life while still taking excellent care of others. for that to happen though, you need to feel understood & supported. the problem is you feel guilty asking for help and putting your needs first, leaving you feeling exhausted and lonely. so many caregivers like yourself feel they have lost themselves and are struggling to live enjoyable lives. i understand you are used to putting others before yourself and that you are frustrated that no one else steps in to help. that's why i help people learn to manage their stress levels, set boundaries, and find ways to ask for help without guilt. i have personal experience as a caregiver and understand what it feels like to not take care of your needs and how burnt out you can end up feeling. once i understand your individual situation we will begin to examine the thoughts and emotions that are stopping you from making your needs a priority, focus
