Stefan Maassen Yoga

stefan maassen is trained in hatha and vinyasa yoga (200 h ryt) from asthtak yoga school in india and joga yoga/serenity yoga (200 h ryt) in bali. stefan has also completed the 300 h meditation teacher training (rms) at shree mahesh heritage mediation school in rishikesh, india. stefan discovered yoga in 2008 at the norwegian national opera in oslo where he was working at the time. when living in the busy metropolis of new york city in 2011/2012, he experienced many benefits of incorporating a regular yoga practice in his life. in the end of 2017, stefan took a break from his full time job in the field of lighting design, to become a yoga teacher. during his 8 month break, he completed 2 yoga teacher trainings, 1 meditaton teacher training and completed a 10 day silent meditation course. just after graduating his second teacher training in bali, stefan gained his first experience of teaching public yoga classes in perth, australia in spring 2018. stefan is currently increasing his teac
