steinbock premium dry gin is a small batch gin, which is distilled by hand and an efficient and at the same time very gentle rectification process to extract a particularly spectral rich aroma profile. before our gin is bottled and labelled, it is of course given sufficient time to mature and can thus develop its full flavour profile. each of our bottles is numbered by hand. in addition to the typical gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander, ginger and lemon peel, steinbock premium dry gin is distilled from native roots, leaves, flowers and berries of the alps, capturing the unique diversity of flora from the natural habitat of the alpine ibex. these botanicals are responsible for the complex and distinct body of our gin. each steinbock premium dry gin gets its individual note through the addition of a characteristic flavour botanical. in our first gin this is the black chokeberry (aronia melanocarpa).
