Stelurm Elite School

it was started in 1998 in mathare north estate, area 3, nairobi- kenya. it started as a nursery school with 15 children, 2 teachers and two rooms. it grew with time and in 2006, the first class of 12 students sat for kenya certificate of primary education (k.c.p.e). they did exemplary well by achieving a mean grade of 340 marks out of 500 marks. meaning they all transitioned to high school. this was not mean achievement owing to the fact that the students hailed from the slum communities. in 2017, another branch was opened in utawala -mihango. it began with both pre- primary and primary sections and the first lot of students were 120 students. it had day and boarding sections. in 2018, the pioneer candidates in this branch did kenya certificate of primary education (k.c.p.e). out of the 25 candidates, 8 qualified for enrolment in national schools across the country. the schools have grown over time and are now handling over 700 students. the qualified and dedicated teachers are passion
