we deliver a support services to young people (yp) who are in need of accommodation and support, in order to help them realise their full potential and ultimately achieve independent living. the yp we work with as part of these contracts, have come from a range of ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds and have displayed a variety of needs including: learning difficulties physical disability mental health issues criminal involvement unaccompanied asylum seekers being a teenage parent drug and alcohol issues complex needs we support yp in achieving independent living through the provision of low, medium and high level support, depending on their needs . our low level support offers the provision of accommodation with floating support. our moderate level support offers in transition flats and supported housing. our high level support offers in 24 hour units which are staffed 24 hours a day with a maximum of five young residents at any one time. we have worked in partnership with the
