step change transform was founded by uwe krueger. uwe himself has undergone changes to make him the person that he is today. he started his career as a physicist who became passionate about working with people, projects and organisations to allow them to achieve the best they can be. he changed his career into loss control management, then health and safety as it health and safety is more about people than anything else. with a career spanning over 25 years in various industry sectors he has working in a variety of senior leadership roles in the public and private sector. he not just changed his profession but he also changed countries. originally from germany he is now living in australia. besides many technical qualifications , he is also an associate certified coach with the international coach federation (icf), a consultant and trainer for extended disc(r) and a trainer and consultant with the institute for social and emotional intelligence.
