step engineering was founded in 2007 as consultancy services company. the first division of the company is formed: step consulting, which deals with consulting in the development of the plastic product. in particular, the services offered focus on process analysis (moldflow), static and dynamic structural analysis with abaqus software and mechanical design especially in metal replacement. in 2011 a second business division named step lab was founded, which manufactures electromechanical machines for static and dynamic tests and impact. the machines produced are equipped with the best of mechanical and electronic technology, and have extremely low running costs. finally, the latest business division, step testing, focuses on performing laboratory tests on products and materials, using step lab’s machines. step engineering specializes in impact testing, fatigue, traction, compression and creep. the heart of step engineering is represented by a team of highly qualified engineers with year
